Picastro returns with Ring Description, the second single off of the forthcoming Double On Time EP out June 12.
“It would be like a sort of prime-era Liston, when maybe he realized no one was going to honour him or recognize him in any meaningful way. The line about losing is based on this book I was reading about 70’s and 80’s boxers. The boxer Don Jordan said something like “boxers know it doesn’t matter who wins or loses because in the end, everyone loses,” states Hysen.
